Medical Support
Underprivileged communities often lack access to quality healthcare. This can be due to a number of factors, including poverty, lack of insurance, and distance to healthcare facilities. As a result, people in these communities are more likely to suffer from preventable diseases and to die from treatable illnesses.
Bonnicare Foundation provides medical support to people in underprivileged communities. We work with local healthcare providers to provide free or low-cost medical care to people who need it. Our organization has successfully assisted four women from underprivileged communities in obtaining the necessary appendectomy surgeries.
These women resided in rural areas and lacked affordable healthcare options. By collaborating with local hospitals, we provided the surgeries free of charge, resulting in successful operations and promising recoveries for these individuals. Moreover, we extended our support to a young mother residing in an economically disadvantaged neighborhood who required a Hernia operation but lacked the means to afford it.
Our organization in collaboration with our donors were able to enable her to get the surgery she needed at zero cost on her end. We’ve also facilitated the eye checkup of children from underprivileged homes.
We are open to collaborations and partnership with individuals, relevant medical bodies, brands, organizations, corporations, NGOs and Civil Societies with focus in providing affordable healthcare for rural dwellers.
